Dear Colleagues, As we enter the second quarter of 2025, we are starting each new day with changing dynamics, both in our country and around the world. We are rapidly adapting to this change and resolutely continuing to progress towards our defined goals. One of the most important milestones of this year has undoubtedly been our new operation at Antalya Airport. After months of intensive preparations, we opened the doors of our stores on April 17th with the arrival of the first passengers, and we all greeted this success with great pride. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all my colleagues, especially our Antalya team, who contributed to this process. This success is not just a store opening; it is a concrete proof of what we can achieve together through harmony, teamwork, and shared goals. Of course, it wasn't easy. We faced challenges along the way. However, there's a saying I always remember: "Fate is in love with endeavour." It is not possible to achieve success without effort and without stepping out of our comfort zone. Despite all these challenges, maintaining our solution-oriented approach, preserving our agility, and moving forward together form the cornerstones of our corporate culture. To further strengthen this culture, we have taken another very important step this year: we have restructured our Human Resources function under the new name of 'People and Culture'. This name change is not just a symbolic renewal; it is also an indication of a profound transformation in our way of doing business. With this new structure, we are embracing the concepts of people, belonging, synergy, cultural diversity, and sustainable growth, which we have always focused on, in a much stronger way and placing them at the heart of our corporate culture. As "People and Culture," our goal is to increase knowledge transfer in our multicultural work environment, ensure the dissemination of best practices, promote collaboration, and maximize organizational synergy. With this new perspective, we will continue to strengthen, sustain, and spread the ATU culture throughout all our operations. I sincerely believe that in this journey of transformation, we will build an even stronger future together, focusing on the employee experience. It is for these reasons that I am so proud of each and every one of you.
