Dear Colleagues,
It is a pleasure to connect with you once again in the final issue of HR MIRROR this year and to reflect together on the period we have left behind.
It has been an exceptionally dynamic, demanding and equally productive period for all of us. Across all our operations, particularly in Antalya, your dedication, positive energy and strong team spirit have been among our greatest strengths. With every new project, every busy day and every achievement, we have once again seen just how valuable it is to move forward together and to trust one another.
The investments we have made to further enhance the customer experience are among the best examples of this collective effort. From our renovated stores at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport to our expanded duty-free area in Batumi, seeing the dedication, attention and contribution of our teams on the ground throughout every project has been a great source of pride for us.
This has also been an exciting period for special projects. The launch of “Tılsım,” our exclusive fragrance developed for ATU in collaboration with the world-renowned Italian niche fragrance house Tiziana Terenzi, and the vibrant Sol de Janeiro experience brought to life at Antalya Airport in partnership with L’OCCITANE Travel Retail were just a few of the highlights. Behind each of these projects were our teams, making a difference through their creativity, passion and the power of collaboration.
Alongside this momentum across our operations, we also entered a new chapter at our headquarters. With the relocation of our head office to its new home, we experienced the excitement of a new working environment and a fresh start for all of us. I hope this new beginning will inspire many more achievements that we will create together.
It was an additional source of pride to see our efforts and our people-centric culture recognised with awards on international platforms. With our ATU Retail Institute Learning Strategy and Internal Trainer Program, we received one Gold and one Silver award at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers 2026, as well as two Bronze awards at the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards 2026 for the same initiatives. I see these awards not simply as achievements, but as meaningful recognition of the importance we place on learning together, growing together and investing in one another.
Because behind every one of these achievements are you — the people who bring value to what we do every day.
I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your dedication throughout such a busy, fast-paced season of change, as well as for the support you have shown one another, your positive energy and your strong collaboration.
As this period has once again reminded us, our strength lies not only in what we accomplish, but also in how we work together and the value we bring to one another. With a culture built on collective wisdom, solidarity and trust, I believe we will continue to achieve great things together in the period ahead.
As we now enter the final quarter of the year, I wish you all health, peace, happiness and many inspiring days ahead. I also wish you a wonderful New Year filled with beautiful memories shared with your loved ones and new beginnings to look forward to.
I am grateful that we are together and that we continue to share this journey.
