AGENDA

Dear ATU Family,

I wish you all a happy new year…

2019 was a year full of change and focused on innovation for us. We focused on the performance of our existing domestic and international operations with our new stores and continued our successes. I hope 2020 is a year full of beauty.

As Jean Paul Sartre said “Man is not the sum of what he has already, but rather the sum of what he does not yet have, of what he could have”, we have a lot to do. We have new goals and dreams.

For instance, our new goals this year include ATU's values of Taking Responsibility, Respecting Differences, Continuous Development, Innovation, Cooperation and Solidarity, Possessing a Fighting Spirit and Providing Outstanding Service in all of our business processes, and ensuring that our new friends join our values heartily. These topics will be the most important issues this year. Our greatest aim is to take ATU forward with your valuable contributions. In this respect, we wish to see our colleagues achieve their business goals happily and motivated.

This year, as ATU, we will follow the developments in our domestic and international operations closely as usual. We will share these projects with you through the right communication channels so that you will be informed foremost and timely about new projects that will contribute to our brand. For this year, we will focus on in-house activities and social responsibility projects, and we will develop and implement different projects.

I would like to thank you for your interest in the first issue of HR Mirror. Our magazine which strengthens our communication within ATU; I am pleased to share with you the new issue of HR Mirror. I hope the year 2020 brings beauty and miracles to your expectations. Within all of us there are miracles hidden, waiting for certain conditions to emerge.

I wish you all the beautiful things in your life…

Warm Regards,

Pınar Şener Harput
