AGENDA

Dear Colleagues,

We are getting closer to the end of 2022. What a year it was, I must say. After two very difficult years, it’s been a year full of hope, in which 'normalization' started, our industry revived and we laughed. It's been a year where we worked hard, got tired, but got rewarded. Thanks to the devoted efforts of all of you, we achieved a great output during the summer. We achieved the highest turnover ever in our Bodrum and İzmir operations. We continue to implement our new projects in parallel with the increase in the sales chart.

We have completed the first phase of the expansion project of our main duty free store at Batumi Airport and put it into service. We renewed our operation period until 2029 by winning the tender that was reopened at Georgia Kutaisi Airport. In addition to our classic store at the airport, we have a project to expand our operation with a new duty free store with the concept of 'walkthrough'. We continue to open our new stores in the country and abroad. We opened Sweet & Regionals in Riga and our new multibrand pop-up store at Istanbul Airport. By adding the Cartier brand to our portfolio, we opened our boutique store at Istanbul Airport. Again at Istanbul Airport, we opened our second Bvlgari store with a pop-up store concept.

Another good aspect of this year was the face-to-face activities we have done. ATU family celebrated its success with joy in the “Happy Days” organizations and outdoor activities. We care about adopting the motto of "Happy Culture" every day we have at ATU. More importantly, making the happy ATU culture sustainable…

With your valuable contributions, I would like to see that all of our colleagues achieve their business goals in a happy and motivated way, as we move ATU forward with each passing day. I am happy to see that the applications we have implemented with this approach have found a response for you by having our name on the "Best Employers" list in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) research conducted with your evaluations. In the program, in which the experiences of ATU employees regarding the corporate culture are evaluated, we have been awarded the "Great Place to Work" certification as a result of meeting the workplace criteria with a high trust culture. Once again, I would like to thank you for your contribution to the evaluation process and for your valuable comments. It's not over yet, we have a lot of work to do. Now is the time to think about what we can do better as a result of the survey and take our actions.

Let's not forget that our greatest strength is cooperation and solidarity. Let's always remember. We are a beautiful family.

First of all, I wish you a day full of health, peace, joy, lots of sales and success.

Best regards,

Pınar Şener Harput
