25th Anniversary of Air Baltic was celebrated
ATÜ, TAV Airports, BTA, TAV Operation Services, HAVAS magement team has visited Mr. Martins Gauss who is the CEO of Airbaltic. The aim of the visit was to celebrate 25. anniversary of Airbaltic. Mr. Gauss was gifted by a cake and flowers. Our Letonia Operation Manager Tamer Ciğeroğlu has also participiated this event.
5th Anniversary of Bodrum was celebrated
Our ATU Bodrum Operations team celebrated its 5th anniversary. In the event attended by our colleagues, a cake was cut which was specially made for the 5th year.
Our New Masks were received
Our colleagues at ATU Head Offices, Domestic and Riga operations started to use their new ATU logo masks.
Table Soccer Tournament Champion at Bodrum Operation was announced
Our Bodrum operation held a table soccer tournament with the participation of 24 colleagues. At the end of the competitions played in teams of 2 players, Didem Savaş (Sales & Payment Consultant) and Nazife Yiğit (Sales & Payment Consultant) became the champion of the tournament. While the second place was taken by Merih Acar (Sales Specialist) and Huriye Özcan (Sales & Payment Consultant), the third place was taken by Berk Sancar (Bodrum Operations Manager) and Sevtap Çınar (Logistics Specialist). At the end of the tournament, the winning teams were presented with cups and medals.
Riga Operation Has Completed Professional Development Program
Our Riga operation has completed its training on professional training and development and has given its participants their certificates. The 5-month training between October the 20th in 2019 and March the 11th in 2020. After a break in the pandemic process, it ended on 20th of August. 27 of our employees (Managers,Supervisors and Shop Supervisor Assistants) attended the program that was instructed and guided by Clinical Psychologist, Efficiency Coach and Organisational Systemic Facilitator Mrs. Sanita Aispure. At the end of the trainings where many subjects such as Leadership, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Feedback, and Money Psychology were explained, the participants were given certificates with ATU logo.
Our Teams Celebrated the Greater Eid
Our colleagues working at our domestic operations celebrated the Greater Eid together.
Crew Day Was Organized
Crew Day, organized for Riga International Airport staff, took place on 12th and 13th of August. The annual event was organized for 2 days this year due to the Covid regulations. It attracted a lot of attention from employees. The result of this sale, which was done only by employees who held airport security cards, was 829 invoices and 3,810 products sold in total.
Our Pop-Up Store was opened
Our new pop-up store, selling discounted products of Etro and Ermenegildo Zegna, was opened at Istanbul Airport.
National Day was celebrated
Since September 23rd is the Saudi Arabian National Day, our Medina Operation decorated its stores. Our store, which was warmly welcomed by our passengers, was also liked by the airport authorities.
Riga Warehouse Team Organized Bowling Event
Our Warehouse team in our Riga operation, managed to keep the team spirit alive while having a good time with the Bowling event organized outside of working hours.
Our Ankara Operation Continues to Work
We opened our departure store in Ankara Esenboga Airport on 7th of April and our arrival store on 20th of May.
Our Head Office was reopened
On the 11th of May we started working at our offices.
Our Medina Operation Restart to their task with the Departure Part
Landside and Domestic stores located at the departure of our Medina operation were reopened on 1st of June.
Bodrum Operation continues to welcome their guests
Our Domestic Terminal store at Milas Bodrum Airport was opened on June 4th, and our stores located in International Terminal was opened on June 26th, and they hosted both their domestic and foreign guests.
Our Izmir Operation Continues to Work at Full Speed
Our stores at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport started to welcome their passengers as of June the 10th. Our Izmir operation, which has the highest number of guests from abroad compared to the other cities, continues their task at full speed.
Our Old Bazaar Store Welcomes their Passengers Again
Our Old Bazaar store at Istanbul Airport was opened on 11th of June.
Our Boutique Operation Continues to Welcome their Guests with All Brands
Our boutiques Hermes, Bvlgari and Montblanc located at Istanbul Airport were reopened on June 22nd, while Luxury Square, Fendi, Celine, Loro Piana, Luxury Timepieces, Salvatore Ferragamo, Longchamp, Paul & Shark, Furla and Michael Kors were reopened and welcomed their guests as of July the 1st.
Gazipaşa Operation welcomed their first passengers
Our Arrival store at our Gazipaşa operation welcomed the first transit passengers with a connection flight of Copenhagen on June the 23rd. And also with the Helsinki flight, all operations were opened on 2nd of August.
Our Tunisia Operation Started Again
On 26th of June Carthage, Djerba and Monastir Airports in Tunisia, as well as our stores at Hammamet Enfidha Airport started operations as of July again.
Our Stores were opened in Skopje and Ohrid
Our stores at Skopje and Ohrid Airports in North Macedonia were opened on 1st of July.
Our Latvia Operation was opened
All of our stores in Riga International Airport –Latvia were opened on 1st of July.
