AGENDA

Dear Colleagues,

We are going through a really difficult process. However, with your invaluable efforts, loyalty and motivation, we are achieving successful sales and business results that can be called miracles these days. I have full faith and hope that we will leave these bad times behind as soon as possible.

Due to our business processes, we meet with some of our friends face to face and with some of online meetings. However, I miss you all so much. During this period, we realized once again how important health is. At the moment, there is no issue that prioritizes your health for our company, our management, or me. Let our health be in good condition, we will take care of the rest as a family. For this reason, all conditions were provided to protect our friends’ health in the areas we work in. Informing all our colleagues working both in operations and offices regarding hygiene rules, providing the necessary equipment and all kinds of support has become one of our priorities as ATU.

Especially since June, the dynamism in our operations made us smile during this uncertain period. The recovery was faster at small and medium-sized airports serving regional and tourism destinations with the arrival of tourists from countries that have reduced travel and travel restrictions for Turkish citizens living abroad. At this point, the most pleasing development was that the passengers continued their shopping habits.

2020 has been a different year. I believe that we will experience a rapid recovery in 2021. The first three months may be unproductive, “like stepping on the brakes” as Mr. Ersan says, but in general, 2021 will be nice. We will adapt to the new normal rules, maybe in a new system, but we will take our place as ATU with all our strength and enthusiasm.

After these difficult times, we are happy to share with you the new issue of “HR Mirror”. I would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported us in the preparation of the content of the magazine and who followed the business processes devotedly from the operations, home and office. During this time, we realized again that ATU is a very big family…

As Paulo Coelho said, “Remember for a bright tomorrow, you have to go through a dark night”.

Hoping to meet you again face to face on beautiful days.

Wish you all good health and happiness,

Kind Regards,

Pınar Şener Harput
