AGENDA

Dear Colleagues,

As we leave behind the first half of 2023, I hope you are enjoying a warm yet healthy summer. With your dedicated, focused efforts, we have once again experienced a successful period with our sales graph on the rise, while ATU continues its growth and development. Let's take a moment to review the past few months together. We are excited to announce the opening of our new service points at Dalaman Airports with Luxury Square and Old Bazaar stores. In response to the increasing demand and passenger potential, our expansion projects at various stores are ongoing. Recently, we successfully launched the expanded and redesigned main duty-free store at Tbilisi Airport, which has expanded our brand portfolio to reach 80 brands. Furthermore, as part of our digital transformation roadmap, we have implemented the SAP Rise Transition Project, modernizing our systems to ensure more efficient and secure data flow. Soon, we will also introduce the mobile version of ATU Digital platform, enabling you to perform business processes conveniently from your mobile phones.

This year, our focus revolves around a contemporary topic, sustainability. We aim to broaden the scope of our environmentally friendly and socially beneficial initiatives by structuring our goals with a sense of social responsibility. We believe that all efforts contributing to the preservation of our ecosystem and providing social support should be undertaken with a strong sense of duty. As you know, to support the education of young individuals affected by the earthquake disaster, we established the 'ATU Our Youth Our Future Fund' in collaboration with TEV, doubling the fund through contributions. Going forward, our company will continue to make regular contributions to the fund, with each employee contributing on their birthdays. We will persistently generate resources to support the education of earthquake-affected and underprivileged youth. This year, we also undertook two meaningful initiatives on your behalf during Mother's Day and Father's Day. On Mother's Day, we delivered products from women producers in earthquake-affected regions, supporting numerous hardworking women across Anatolia. On Father's Day, we collaborated with the TEMA Foundation for afforestation projects and the preservation of natural habitats through donations. We will continue our collaborations with NGOs and sustain our efforts on sustainability throughout the second half of the year.

I am delighted to share some uplifting news, which we, the entire ATU team, have achieved together. Once again, in the 'Great Place to Work' survey, our company has been certified and entered the list of the best employers. This recognition is particularly valuable as it comes from your evaluations. Our top priority at ATU is to preserve the happy ATU culture we have built together, rooted in trust and a strong bond with our people. All the positive outcomes we achieve are the result of our collective successes. I extend my gratitude to all esteemed members of the ATU family for their contributions to the evaluation process through their feedback and opinions. Last year, as part of the 'Time for Change 2.0' project, we began implementing action plans based on the survey results, led by our voluntary facilitators, the ATU Culture Ambassadors. This year, we will continue to take actions to improve further in areas that make our company an excellent workplace and, of course, address the areas that need strengthening according to your comments. I assure you that all evaluations and opinions are carefully considered. I promise that we will focus even more on areas that require improvement and collectively strive to break records in this aspect next year.

Wishing you a wonderful end to the summer and a beautiful autumn season ahead.

With warm regards,

Pınar Şener Harput
Chief Business Support Officer
