Hello, I am Douss Khawla.

What is your role at ATU Duty Free and what do you do in this role?

I am a sales and payment consultant. My responsibilities include sales, merchandising and providing first class customer service to help our company deliver the best service.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

I would choose Tunisia, my home country next to my family and loved ones.

Is there a characteristic you would like to change about yourself? Why?

I would like to change my shy side to look more confident.

What is your favorite feature of yourself that you are most proud of?

I have been in sales-retail for ten years and I have continued to learn a lot over these years, I am proud of achieving company goals and high quality customer service.

What is your greatest fear in life?

I am afraid of not achieving my future goals.

Is there a talent you wish you had?

I wish I had the ability to learn languages from all over the world quickly and easily.

Who is your favorite historical hero, from the past or present?

My favorite historical hero is Elissa the founder of Carthage Tunisia.

What qualities do you most value in a friend?

The qualities I value most in a friend are faith and honesty.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

I would like to change my overthinking about future, because we cannot control it, we leave in the present.

What is your favorite activity to do in your free time?

I like to dance in my free time. It helps me to stay positive and full of energy.

What is your biggest regret in life?

I regret that I am not a risk taker, I am a stable person, and risks take you out of the comfort zone.

Can you share with us the place and time where you felt the happiest?

When I give birth to my son Edriss in April 16th.

My family is my biggest support.
